Financing college 

I am currently(and so far, successfully) paying for my entire college education without assistance from my parents through applying to merit scholarships! I have two younger sisters beneath my wing who will be attending college too, something that I consider daily. From the schoolwork to the tuition, I believe that my education is my responsibility.

Although applying to scholarships is sometimes difficult, it is even more difficult to watch my parents struggle financially. Thus, I choose to take action and help lighten my parents' financial load by applying to scholarships dilegently and daily!
